bkbd Terms & Conditions

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to participate on the bkbd platform. Use of this platform by minors ("for those aged 21 or over only") is strictly prohibited. bkbd may request a government-issued ID for age verification at any time.

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

This platform is operated primarily for users in Bangladesh. Users from regions where online gaming is legally prohibited may not use this platform. You are solely responsible for complying with the applicable laws of your own region.

1.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person will be treated as bonus abuse and all accounts may be terminated.

2.1 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being closed at any time and any balance in the account being forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 KYC Verification

bkbd may request identity verification (KYC) at any time in the interest of secure transactions. Failure to submit the required documents may temporarily delay withdrawals.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Transactions on bkbd are currently supported through the following mobile financial services only:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — A digital financial service operated by Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — The mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum deposit amount via any method is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Processing may be delayed if identity verification or other security checks are required.

3.4 Transaction Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No other currency is supported.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳22,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from a bonus must meet a 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount (not on the deposit) before withdrawal. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in bets required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system — such as using strategic betting patterns to circumvent bonus conditions — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and associated winnings may be cancelled.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus offer has a specific validity period stated in the offer details. If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.1 Fair Play Guarantee

The outcome of all games on the bkbd platform is determined by technology and is free from any external interference. We are committed to ensuring fair play.

5.2 Technical Errors

If incorrect results are displayed due to a technical error or system malfunction, bkbd reserves the right to void that round and refund the wager amount. No winnings from a voided transaction will apply.

5.3 Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, the acceptance of bets and the odds offered may change at any time. If a match is cancelled, rescheduled or left unresolved, bkbd will settle the bet at its own discretion.

5.4 VIP Program

bkbd's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Members can advance to higher tiers through continued participation and receive weekly cashback. bkbd reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in immediate account termination:

• Operating an account on behalf of or for minors.
• Creating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate the system through strategic betting or collusion.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Introducing viruses, malware or any other harmful code into the bkbd system.
• Using artificial methods with the intent to abuse bonuses or circumvent promotional conditions.
• Harassing, intimidating or causing harm to any other member.

• Your data is not sold to third parties.
• Data is not transferred to any government or regulatory body except where legally required.
• All data is protected by SSL encryption.
• Requests to correct or delete your data can be submitted through the support team.

8.1 Grounds for Closure

bkbd may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of the Terms or involvement in prohibited activities.
• Failure to provide accurate information during KYC verification.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• An order from a court or law enforcement authority.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before closure; however, any bonuses with unmet conditions will be forfeited.

bkbd is committed to providing safe and reliable service as an entertainment platform. However, bkbd's liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connectivity or a technical error.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a technical issue with a third-party payment service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
• If account credentials are exposed due to the user's own negligence.
• If the service is unavailable due to a power outage, natural disaster or any other uncontrollable circumstance.

In all circumstances, bkbd's maximum liability will be limited to the value of the affected transaction. bkbd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

bkbd reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes where reasonably possible; however, it is the member's own responsibility to review the latest Terms before each visit.

Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please contact the support team to close your account.
